On this large plot, located on the slopes of the Montgó mountain in Dénia, a luxurious house of modern design has been built with all the rooms on one floor. The elongated shape of the villa and the arrangement of the main rooms on one level were determined both by the geometry of the plot and the client's requirements. An overhang was used to solve the problem of excessive solar gain in summer and to save energy in winter. The result was a balanced and comfortable environment inside the house all year round. The house is accessed through a splendid entrance, which represents a clear separation between the rest area - connected to the outside by huge windows and a spacious porch - and the rest of the house, located in the quieter part of the gardens, where several bonsai trees have been planted. In the outdoor area there is a comfortable terrace made of a skeleton structure with folding awnings to enjoy the sun or shade, as well as a kitchen to enjoy with friends or family during the summer days. Vives Pons Homes provided a comprehensive service of design, construction and legal advice from the start of the project to the handover of the keys. This included the feasibility and plot report, the design of the plans, the processing of the licenses, the construction and decoration.
